Elderberry-Ginger-tini from Pour Girl Bartending

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Carmel Berry Co Elderberry Syrup

  • 1/2 oz Cointreau or orange liquor

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 1 oz 100% cranberry juice

  • 2 oz Vodka (see below for ginger infusion directions)

Directions

  1. Fill a shaker 1/2 way with ice, pour in all ingredients. 

  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. 

  3. Optionally, infuse your vodka with fresh chopped ginger two hours prior to making. Enjoy!
