Shipping

At checkout, we’ll provide you with an estimated cost for your order based on your shipping method. Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $60. 

Where do you deliver? At this time we ship to all contiguous states. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or another country, please contact us.

When will my order ship? We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday all orders that have been requested by that day. You will receive an email with tracking information when your shipment is on its way.

How are my items shipped? All our products are carefully packaged with cushioning and padded protection that is naturally biodegradable, compostable, and fully recyclable.

Returns

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us. We will do our best to make it up to you! Please note you have up to thirty (30) days after the products are received.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges of Carmel Berry Co. products purchased on other websites or in physical stores. Please direct your return to the place from which you purchased it.
