Elderberry Strawberry Citrus Spritzer

Whether you're sipping the sparkling water version for a healthy treat or upgrading to Prosecco for celebratory vibes, this colorful concoction will make any occasion feel special!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Carmel Berry Co. Elderberry Immune Syrup
- 6 strawberries
- ½ orange
- 2 sprigs mint + 4 sprigs for garnish
- 16-20 ounces sparkling water (or Prosecco)
Directions
Purée and strain 6 strawberries, ½ orange (peeled), 2 tablespoons Carmel Berry Co. Elderberry Immune Syrup and 2 sprigs mint, then evenly fill 4 glasses with the strained mixture — about 2 tablespoons per cup.
- Pour sparkling water into each cup, leaving enough room for your desired amount of ice.
- Garnish with more mint and orange wheels, and enjoy!
- Optional: replace sparkling water with Prosecco
