The GISELDERBERRY BOOST SMOOTHIE is the latest addition to the EREWHON menu—a collab with Gisele —and if you can’t get to a location, I’m showing you how to make it at home because this is the best one I’ve had in a long time and it is packed with immune boosting ingredients, protein and ingredients that will make you feel good from the inside out! Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut meat
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 unsweetened frozen açaí packet
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen
- 1 scoop unsweetened or vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp lucuma powder (optional, I did not use it)
- 2 tb Carmel Berry Co. fresh pressed elderberry syrup (women owned brand and SO YUM OMG!!)
- 1 cup coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk of choice)
- 1 tb almond butter, to line the glass
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high. You might need to blend a few times to get everything to blend together smoothly. Line the inside of a glass with almond butter then pour the smoothie in and enjoy!
