Strawberry Elderberry Kombucha

Calling all experienced kombucha makers! Do you have a favorite home brewed or store bought kombucha? Learn to make an antioxidant-rich elderberry kombucha using our fresh, small batch elderberry syrup. Bright berry flavor, fizzy, tart, and packed with antioxidants and probiotics.
7 cups home brewed finished kombucha
3-4 fresh or frozen strawberries
2 TBSP Carmel Berry's Elderberry Syrup
Add 7 cups of your home brewed finished kombucha to a snap-down-lid bottle (we use glass beer growlers).
Drop in the frozen or fresh strawberries, add the Elderberry Syrup.
Close lid, place in a dark spot in your kitchen and follow your directions for a second ferment (i.e. don’t forget about it or it might explode!).
Check on it in a few days and enjoy!
