An elderberry riff on the French 75 created by Gabe at Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley

Ingredients

  • 2 oz London dry gin (Gabe likes Sipsmith)

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 3/4 oz oz Carmel Berry Co's Elderberry Syrup

  • 3 oz champagne/sparkling wine or more to taste

  • 1 sprig fresh mint

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 

  2. Top with champagne or sparkling wine, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, and enjoy.
