Zero Proof Kiwi beauty from Pour Girl

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Elderflower Syrup

  • 1 oz cucumber juice

  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice

  • 3/4 oz fresh pressed mandarin juice

  • 2 oz Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic

  • Garnish: kiwi slices, edible flowers

  • 1.5 oz gin (totally optional here)

Directions

  1. Shake the first four ingredients with ice, then strain into a highball glass. 

  2. Top with the elderflower tonic and garnish.
