Bright citrus, delicious flavor created by Pour Girl Bartending, Substitute sparkling wine for the club soda if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Carmel Berry Co's Elderflower Cordial

  • 1/2 whole kiwi sliced, muddled

  • 1/2 whole grapefruit juiced

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and strain.

  2. Top with cold sparkling wine or club soda.

  3. Garnish with a few thin kiwi slices.

  4. Optional: rim glass with Grapefruit Sugar, such as Salty Paloma brand.
