2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz fresh beet juice
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Carmel Berry Co. Elderflower Syrup
5 drops chocolate bitters
1 egg white
Shake all ingredients except the egg white with ice.
Strain into a second shaker with no ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain into a chillled coupe glass.
Garnish with chocolate bitter drops in the shape of a heart. Connect the drops with a toothpick to create a heart shape. Present to your valentine!
