Ingredients

1/2 TBSP olive oil

1 lb organic brussel sprouts washed and trimmed, extra large ones halved

2 TBSP water
-
1/4 tsp kosher salt
-
3/4 TBSP Sriracha adjust down or up according to spiciness desired

2 TBSP Elderflower Cordial
Directions
In a preheated heavy skillet add olive oil and brussel sprouts. Saute until beginning to brown.
Add the water and salt. Cover the skillet and allow the sprouts to steam until tender when pierced with a knife. Add more water if needed.
When tender, uncover and allow the pan to go dry, stirring constantly.
Add Sriracha and Carmel Berry Co’s Elderflower Cordial to the pan and stir constantly until all sprouts are coated and slightly browned and crispy.
Serve hot and enjoy!
