Elderberry Preserves Brie Bites

1 sheet puffed pastry, thawed
1 8 oz wheel Brie
3/4 cup Carmel Berry Co Elderberry Blueberry Preserves
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees.
Spray Mini Muffin Tin.
Unfold Puff Pastry and cut into 24 squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
Place a square of Puff Pastry in each muffin tin and gently tuck down in.
Cut Brie Wheel into small 1/2 inch cubes.
Place 1 tsp of Elderberry Blueberry Preserves on top of cheese and garnish with rosemary.
Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and from muffin pan quickly or the bites will stick as it cools in the pans. Enjoy!
