Elderberry or Elderflower Chia Pudding
Super easy, quick, nutritious snack, just right in every way!
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups milk (your choice, we used cashew)
1 cup fresh berries
1 tbsp Carmel Berry Co Elderflower Syrup or Elderberry Syrup
Blend chia seeds and milk in your blender. Let sit for 5 minutes, blend again and pour into bowls.
Top with fresh berries and your choice of syrup. we paired Elderflower Syrup with strawberries and Elderberry Syrup with blueberries.
