Elderberry, lime, mint, and rum make this a perfect cocktail for those warm summer nights or days by the pool with friends. Gorgeous!
Ingredients
5-10 mint leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 ounces Elderberry Syrup
2 ounces white rum
4-6 ounces soda water
ice
Directions
In a collins glass, muddle 5-10 mint leaves with 1 Tbs. of fresh lime juice.
Add ice and 2 oz. of Carmel Berry Co’s Elderberry Syrup, 2 oz. of white rum, and top off with 4-6 oz. of soda water.
Stir, garnish with mint, and enjoy!
