Elderberry Power Balls
Nutrient packed, quick, delicious powerballs
1.5 cups oats
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Elderberry Blueberry Preserves
1/4 cup plant-based chocolate chips (optional, though my kids would say they are 100% mandatory)
Mix all together. Let the bowl of dough chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, shape into balls and enjoy! This recipe makes about 15 balls.
