  • 1-2 teaspoons Elderberry Syrup 

  • sparkling Brut or Rose Champagne

Directions

  1. Into a champagne flute, pour 1-2 tsp. (or more to taste) of Carmel Berry Co's Elderberry Syrup.

  2. Top with a sparkling Brut or Rosé Champagne. (Our favorite local Champagnes are from Folktale Winery, just down the road).
