The ultimate refresher with mint and cucumber. Beautiful without the gin, too.
Ingredients
2 oz 209 gin
1/2 oz Carmel Berry Co Elderflower Syrup
1/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
2-3 slices english cucumber
3-4 leaves mint
Directions
Muddle the mint leaves with the cucumber.
Add elderflower syrup, gin, and lime juice. Shake and pour over ice.
Top off with club soda and garnish with mint leaves and cucumber slices.
