1/2 oz Ginger People ginger juice
1/2 oz Elderberry Syrup
5 oz dry sparkling rosé of choice
In a shaker filled with ice add the ginger juice and the Carmel Berry Co Elderberry Syrup.
Shake then strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling rose.
Grapefruit sugar rim and borage flower garnish are optional.
