Spicy and sweet, beautifully balanced by Pour Girl Bartending.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Ginger People ginger juice

  • 1/2 oz Elderberry Syrup

  • 5 oz dry sparkling rosé of choice

Directions

  1. In a shaker filled with ice add the ginger juice and the Carmel Berry Co Elderberry Syrup. 

  2. Shake then strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling rose.

  3. Grapefruit sugar rim and borage flower garnish are optional.
