A healthy take on the classic Bomb Pops of our youth--without the refined sugar and chemical food coloring!
Ingredients

1 basket strawberries, hulled

1 teaspoon lime juice, freshly squeezed

filtered water, enough to blend

1 can coconut milk
-
1 teaspoon lime juice, freshly squeezed

1 tablespoon raw local honey
-
1 cup blueberries
-
1 teaspoon lime juice, freshly squeezed

4 Tbsp Fresh Pressed Immune Elderberry Syrup Honey + Lemon
-
filtered water, enough to blend

6 popsicle sticks
Red Layer
White Layer
BOOM layer
Directions
Red Layer
Blend all RED LAYER ingredients until smooth. Pour into your popsicle molds about ⅓ of the way full. Place your popsicle sticks in there. Place in freezer until frozen, approximately 30 minutes.
White Layer
Mix all WHITE LAYER ingredients until well blended and smooth. Pour into your popsicle molds about ⅓ of the way full. Carefully place popsicle sticks into molds, pressing gently into the first layer to help the stick stand up. Place in freezer until frozen, approximately 30 minutes.
BOOM Layer
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into your popsicle molds to the top. Place in freezer until frozen, approximately 30 minutes to overnight.
If you have remaining ingredients, toss all into a blender, blend until smooth, and drink up.
