Our elderflower cordial adds a unique, sweet brightness to the classic champagne cocktail. Our Elderflower champagne cocktail is the perfect addition to your next brunch, bridal shower, or cocktail hour. Delectable. Distinctive. Celebratory.
Ingredients
3-4 teaspoons Elderflower Cordial
2 strawberries, halved
1 glass chilled Brut Champagne
Directions
Place the strawberries in a small bowl and pour the Carmel Berry Co's Elderflower Cordial over them.
Let sit for a minimum of 15 minutes (even better–overnight in the fridge).
When ready to serve, pour the champagne in the glasses, drop in the strawberries, and slowly drizzle in the Cordial (now infused with strawberries).
Stir and enjoy. Cheers!
