Blended 3 frozen bananas with 1/4 cup coconut milk, though any type of milk works just fine. Top it with Carmel Berry Co Elderflower Syrup and bam — a healthy snack that feels like dessert. The kids were eager to get served the moment it was ready, but you can also pop it into the freezer for an hour to give it a firmer texture.
