Our California Elderflower Syrup adds a unique, sweet brightness to the classic champagne cocktail. Our Elderflower champagne cocktail is the perfect addition to your next brunch, bridal shower, or cocktail hour.
Ingredients
0.5 ounces Elderflower Syrup
0.75 ounces lemon juice
1.5 ounces gin
1.5 ounces Champagne
3 shakes bitters
Directions
Shake the Carmel Berry Co's Elderflower Syrup, lemon juice, and gin in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a champagne flute.
Top with 1.5 oz. Champagne and 3 shakes of The Bitter Ginger lemon bitters
