Super Berry Smoothies

Perfect after-school or post-workout snack, delicious and packed with antioxidants and virus-fighting properties!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk we like brands with Pea Protein for that protein boost
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 whole frozen banana, slightly softened
  • 2 tbsp Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacoa nibs
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine the ingredients. Blend until completely smooth. Enjoy whenever you need a snack.
