  • 7 cups home brewed finished kombucha
  • 3-4 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 TBSP Carmel Berry’s Elderberry Syrup [BUY NOW]


  1. Add 7 cups of your home brewed finished kombucha to a snap-down-lid bottle (we use glass beer growlers).
  2. Drop in the frozen or fresh strawberries, add the Elderberry Syrup.
  3. Close lid, place in a dark spot in your kitchen and follow your directions for a second ferment (i.e. don’t forget about it or it might explode!).
  4. Check on it in a few days and enjoy!
