Spinach Salad with Elderberry Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 1/8 cup Elderberry Syrup [BUY NOW]
  • 1/8 cup Quail & Olive’s Blood Orange Olive Oil [BUY NOW]
  • 2 tablespoons Quail & Olive’s Champagne Mimosa Vinegar [BUY NOW]
  • 4 cups baby spinach or spring mix lettuce
  • 1/2 cups candied pecans
  • 1/4 cups dried cranberries or fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cups crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cups cup slide Fuyu persimmons or small orange wedges


  1. Combine all salad ingredients.
  2. In a small jar, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing.
  3. When ready to eat, pour the dressing and toss salad lightly.
  4. Serve immediately.
