London dry gin (Gabe likes Sipsmith)
fresh lemon juice
Carmel Berry Co’s Elderberry Syrup
oz or more to taste
champagne or sparkling wine
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with champagne or sparkling wine, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, and enjoy.
