  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 3/4 oz fresh beet juice
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Carmel Berry Co. Elderflower Cordial [BUY NOW]
  • 5 drops chocolate bitters
  • 1 egg white


  1. Shake all ingredients except the egg white with ice. Strain into a second shaker with no ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain into a chillled coupe glass. Garnish with chocolate bitter drops in the shape of a heart. Connect the drops with a toothpick to create a heart shape. Present to your valentine!
