  • 1 Large Cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 3/4 cup tomatoes, any kind, chopped to bite sized pieces
  • 1 handful fresh basil, chopped
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dried or fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp Carmel Berry Co Elderflower Syrup [BUY NOW]
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked pepper

Instructions
  1. Combine your chopped cucumbers and tomatoes, then toss with the dressing and sprinkle basil on top right before serving. Your cup of dressing will be enough for five servings, so just add enough to coat your veggies. Enjoy!
