Elderflower Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients
- 3-4 teaspoons Elderflower Cordial [BUY NOW]
- 2 strawberries, halved
- 1 glass chilled Brut Champagne
Instructions
- Place the strawberries in a small bowl and pour the Carmel Berry Co’s Elderflower Cordial over them.
- Let sit for a minimum of 15 minutes (even better–overnight in the fridge).
- When ready to serve, pour the champagne in the glasses, drop in the strawberries, and slowly drizzle in the Cordial (now infused with strawberries).
- Stir and enjoy. Cheers!
