Ingredients
- 0.5 ounces Elderflower Cordial [BUY NOW]
- 0.75 ounces lemon juice
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 1.5 ounces Champagne
- 3 shakes bitters
Instructions
- Shake the Carmel Berry Co’s Elderflower Cordial, lemon juice, and gin in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with 1.5 oz. Champagne and 3 shakes of Golden Bear Bitters Hyssop Honeycomb.
