Elderberry Preserves Brie Bites

Puffed pastry + gooey brie + preserves all in one bite?  Yes please! Adapted from @devourdinner

  • 1 sheet puffed pastry, thawed
  • 1 8 oz wheel Brie
  • 3/4 cup Carmel Berry Co Elderberry Blueberry Preserves


  1. Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees Spray Mini Muffin Tin. Unfold Puff Pastry and cut into 24 squares using a knife or pizza cutter. Place a square of Puff Pastry in each muffin tin and gently tuck down in. Cut Brie Wheel into small 1/2 inch cubes. Place 1 tsp of Elderberry Blueberry Preserves on top of cheese and garnish with rosemary. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and from muffin pan quickly or the bites will stick as it cools in the pans. Enjoy!
