Elderberry Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Carmel Berry Co Elderberry Syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except the elderberry syrup. Add the syrup and blend one last time to swirl it in. Pour into waiting cups and enjoy!
