Elderberry or Elderflower Chia Pudding

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk (your choice, we used cashew)
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 1 tbsp Carmel Berry Co Elderflower Syrup or Elderberry Syrup [BUY NOW]


  1. Blend chia seeds and milk in your blender. Let sit for 5 minutes, blend again and pour into bowls. Top with fresh berries and your choice of syrup. we paired Elderflower Syrup with strawberries and Elderberry Syrup with blueberries.
