Blushing Ginger

Spicy and sweet, beautifully balanced by Pour Girl Bartending.

  • 1/2 oz Ginger People ginger juice
  • 1/2 oz Elderberry Syrup [BUY NOW]
  • 5 oz dry sparkling rosé of choice


  1. In a shaker filled with ice add the ginger juice and the Carmel Berry Co Elderberry Syrup. Shake then strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling rose.
  2. Optional Grapefruit Sugar rim
  3. Borage flower garnish
