The Olive Oil is grown literally at the top of our hill in Carmel Valley, CA at High Top Ranch. Certified organic and pressed the very same day of harvest.
The Elderberry Balsamic is made with California grapes and infused with our elderberries, as well as the elderberry mash left over after we juice our berries! Upcycled elderberries!
The salt is harvested in Big Sur, solar-dried here in Carmel Valley, and blended with our very own Fresh Pressed Elderberry Syrup! Artisan finishing salt.
